Job summary

AVAGO TECHNOLOGIES INTERNATIONAL SALES PTE. LIMITED in Singapore seeks a Test Development Engineer to lead the definition, architecture, and execution of ATE test solutions for our NPI silicon programs.

You will be the technical authority for first silicon bring-up, ensuring production-ready test flows and unified characterization and manufacturing test coverage early in the design cycle. Requires advanced programming in C++, Python, and Perl, and hands-on experience with Advantest SmartScale

Qualifications

Experience developing ATE test programs for Advantest platforms.
Advanced programming skills in C++, Python, and Perl.
Deep understanding of silicon physics, ESD, latch-up.
Experience with high-speed test hardware and systems.
Experience in NPI milestones from tape-out to high-volume transfer.

Responsibilities

Lead definition, architecture, and execution of ATE test solutions for NPI silicon.
Drive first silicon bring-up and debug between ATE platforms and silicon.
Develop and validate complex ATE test programs and data analysis pipelines.
Collaborate with PCB and probe card designers to optimize test hardware.
Influence DFT features and test efficiency to reduce test time.
Characterize PVT and establish guard-bands for products.
Lead cross-functional communication with IP owners and assembly/test partners.
