Avago Technologies Intl' Sales Pte Ltd is seeking a Test Development Engineer to lead the definition, architecture, and execution of test solutions for NPIs. You will ensure a strong First Silicon bridge, translating complex design specs into robust, production-ready ATE test programs.

The role emphasizes debugging, test program automation, and collaboration with hardware teams to accelerate time-to-market for next-generation chips in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in ATE test program development for silicon.
• Strong automation with C++, Python and Java.
• Hands-on debug from wafer to final test.

Responsabilités

• Lead test program architecture from pre-silicon to mass production.
• Drive first silicon bring-up and debug between ATE and silicon.
• Develop, validate, and optimize ATE test programs (Advantest) for next-gen chips.
• Collaborate with PCB/probe-card designers for high-speed test hardware.
