Johnson Controls is seeking an HVAC Assistant Project Manager in Singapore to lead HVAC retrofit projects from requirements to closeout. You will engage clients, coordinate with M&E contractors, and manage budgets and schedules to ensure adherence to safety standards.

The role demands a minimum of 10 years’ experience in HVAC projects, proficiency in AutoCAD/REVIT, and strong leadership. Onsite work with a comprehensive benefits package is offered.

Formación

• Minimum B.Sc./B.Eng in Electrical, Power or Mechanical or related field.
• At least 10 years’ experience in HVAC retrofit, design and cost management.
• Strong knowledge of chiller plant optimization and contract management.
• Proven leadership and ability to manage large commercial/institutional/industrial projects.

Responsabilidades

• Meet with clients to establish requirements and scope.
• Prepare and review documentation for tender and project lifecycle.
• Manage a portfolio of M&E contractors through the project lifecycle.
• Oversee project budgeting, procurement, and cost analysis.
• Ensure M&E services meet specifications and safety standards.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants and internal teams.
• Maintain progress reporting and change order management.
• Conduct pre-job meetings and ensure timely project closeout.
