Job summary

DELUGE FIRE PROTECTION (S.E.A.) PTE LTD in Singapore seeks a Maintenance Planner to support planning and scheduling of maintenance, permits to work clearances, and site coordination. You will liaise with clients and vendors on costs and use ERP to raise materials for maintenance operations.

Ideal candidates have technical knowledge in fire protection and hold an ITE/ Diploma/ Degree or equivalent, plus a Class 3 vehicle license.

Qualifications

• ITE, Diploma, Degree or equivalent.
• Technical knowledge and basics on fire protection preferable.
• Vehicle Class 3 license required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and update maintenance schedules and permit to work clearances.
• Coordinate with clients and vendors on contract and material costs.
• Use ERP to raise materials and tools for maintenance operations.
• Attend meetings with clients and vendors as needed.
• Ensure maintenance schedules are on track.
• Implement safety measures in line with Method of Statements.
• Prepare quotations and follow up on status.
• Attend sites with Site Supervisors and workers when required.

Attend meetings with clients and vendors when in need.

Ensure maintenance schedule arrangements are timely on track.

Responsible for ensuring implementing safety measures in covering of Method of Statements.

To do quotations and follow up the quotations status.

Attend to sites with Site supervisors and workers if needed.

Requirement :

• ITE, Diploma, Degree or equivalent.
• Possess technical knowledges and basics on fire protection will be preferable.
• Possess vehicle class 3 license.
