Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering with extensive experience.
• Proven expertise in project management and execution.
• PMP or equivalent certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project execution governance and PMO activities.
• Track portfolio margins and delivery performance across APAC.
• Collaborate to resolve resource loading bottlenecks in manufacturing, logistics, and technical writing.
• Maintain project management processes and training programs.
• Lead PMO governance reviews, audits and health checks.
• Coach and develop Project Engineers and Document Controllers.
