Job summary

Atome Financial is seeking a Vice President of Product to lead the product and technology organisation, owning end-to-end strategy and execution across product management, frontend, backend, engineering and technology teams in Singapore.

The successful candidate will combine strong product leadership, technology understanding and commercial acumen to translate business strategy into scalable solutions in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in product/tech leadership with large-scale teams.
• Deep fintech, digital banking, payments or BNPL experience.
• Proven end-to-end product development with cross-functional teams.
• Strong data, analytics and AI awareness shaping product decisions.
• Ability to align product/tech decisions with business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the overall product vision, strategy and roadmap.
• Own end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to scale.
• Identify opportunities across consumer finance, digital lending and payments.
• Translate market trends and insights into product priorities.
• Establish product metrics and data-driven decision-making.
• Lead product engineering in collaboration with frontend, backend and platforms.
• Ensure alignment across Product, Engineering, Technology, Data, Risk and Compliance.
• Drive agile development and scalable architecture.
