Job summary

MetaComp Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a Solution Engineer to serve as the primary technical interface with enterprise and institutional clients. You will own end-to-end solution design, API integration management, production deployment, and post-launch support, leveraging MetaComp's multi-BU product suite.

Responsibilities include designing solutions with accounts, payment products, and settlement flows; guiding sandbox setup, testing, and rollout; creating templates and playbooks to scale

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum five years of relevant experience in PSPs, payment institutions, or FinTech.
• Strong understanding of payment systems, merchant integration, transaction processing, settlement, and fund-flow management.
• Proven ability to manage requirements analysis, solution design, API integration, testing, and production deployment.
• Professional proficiency in English; bilingual English/Chinese strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work with Account Managers to understand clients’ business models, use cases, system architecture, payment flows, fund flows, and technical requirements.
• Design end-to-end client solutions covering accounts, payment products, APIs, transaction flows, fund flows, information flows, settlement, and reconciliation.
• Prepare solution proposals, process flows, technical integration plans, API mappings, test plans, and production launch plans.
• Guide clients through sandbox configuration, API integration, testing, UAT, and deployment.
• Coordinate with Product, Technology, Operations, Compliance, and Onboarding teams to resolve dependencies and blockers.
• Develop standard solution templates, integration guides, API checklists, and troubleshooting documentation.
