Job summary

Tangspac Search Private Limited in Singapore is seeking an experienced Project Manager for a 10-month extendable contract to lead complex initiatives in the banking/fintech sector. You will define scope, develop detailed plans, coordinate resources, and ensure on-time delivery across multiple projects.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of project management experience, a solid grasp of Agile, Waterfall and hybrid methods, and hands-on knowledge of AWS, APIs and CI/CD tools.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or related Technology disciplines with equivalent business experience.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience.
• Proven track record of delivering complex projects.
• Strong understanding of project management tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.
• Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS).
• Familiarity with APIs, microservices, and integration patterns.
• Knowledge of cloud security, identity management, and compliance frameworks.
• Experience with CI/CD tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Stakeholder management and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution.
• Monitor and track project progress, adjusting plans as needed.
• Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs.
• Measure project performance.
• Report and escalation issues to management as needed.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Create and maintain project documentation.
