Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, IT or relevant field.
• Proven experience as a Project Coordinator, Project Manager, Product Manager, or Product Owner; financial services/FinTech preferred.
• Familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Support administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings and taking minutes.
• Use project management tools to track hours, plan execution, and monitor expenditures.
• Break tasks into actions, set timeframes, and develop a detailed project plan.
• Monitor progress and manage potential issues that may arise.
• Act as the main point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
• Liaise with clients, stakeholders and internal teams to define requirements, scope, and objectives.
• Create comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports; maintain records.
• Provide user support and promptly address queries and issues.
• Execute necessary contracts and terms of agreement.
