Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Fintech Project Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of projects from Bras Basah Road, Singapore.

Working hours are standard with flex options; duties include coordinating activities, documenting progress, and liaising with clients and internal teams. Ideal candidates have a bachelor's degree in business, finance, IT, or related fields, plus proven project coordination or PM experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• Proven experience as a Project Coordinator, Project Manager, Product Manager, or Product Owner is preferred.
• Familiarity with project management software tools and methodologies is expected.
• Training provided if necessary.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information to align with business goals.
• Support administrative tasks such as meetings scheduling, minutes, and miscellaneous tasks.
• Use project management tools to track hours, plan execution, and monitor expenditures.
• Break tasks into actionable steps, set timeframes, and create a detailed project plan.
• Monitor progress and manage potential issues that arise during projects.
• Act as the main point of contact and communicate status to all participants.
• Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to define requirements and objectives.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, IT or relevant field
