Qualifications

• Min 5 years of product management experience in SME lending or merchant financing.
• Experience taking products from discovery through requirements, delivery, launch and iteration in a cross-functional environment.
• Knowledge of credit assessment, lending economics and financing lifecycle.
• Ability to write precise, usable requirements and explain complex rules to teams.
• Strong analytical skills: funnels, cohorts, pricing, unit economics.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy and discovery for merchant financing products and loan marketplace.
• Define business requirements with clear assumptions, customer value and unit economics.
• Translate requirements across compliance, legal, finance, data and operations into a coherent model.
• Improve merchant-facing experiences and internal workflows for reliable payments and servicing.
• Collaborate with design and engineering to plan MVPs and phased delivery.
• Monitor adoption, conversion and portfolio performance and drive improvements.
