Kerry Consulting Pte Ltd is recruiting a Head of Product Management for a leading fintech and payments organisation in Singapore. The role combines strategic product leadership with strong P&L accountability across merchant acquiring, consumer and digital payment solutions.

You will define the product vision, drive revenue growth, oversee the lifecycle from ideation through to launch, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen competitive positioning in the payments space.

Description

Our client is an established and leading financial technology and payments organisation with a strong presence in Singapore. As part of its continued growth and strategic expansion, the firm is recruiting for a dynamic and commercially driven Head of Product Management to lead its product strategy, innovation and portfolio performance.

Responsibilities

Reporting directly to the Managing Director and as a key member of the leadership team, you will define and execute the organisation’s product vision, strategy and roadmap across merchant acquiring, consumer and digital payment solutions. With full P&L accountability for the product portfolio, you will drive new product innovation, revenue growth, profitability and market expansion. You will lead strategic decisions around product development, investment prioritisation, pricing and portfolio optimisation, ensuring alignment with broader commercial objectives. Managing a team of product professionals, you will oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation and development through to launch, adoption and commercial performance. You will collaborate closely with commercial, technology, finance and operations teams to identify new market opportunities, enhance customer experience and strengthen the organisation’s competitive positioning.

Qualifications

Degree qualified, you are an accomplished product management leader with extensive within the merchant acquiring and payments acceptance business. You possess a proven track record of directly owning and leading acquiring-side product portfolios, including defining product strategy and roadmaps, overseeing development, launching new solutions and lifecycle management. Strong commercial and P&L ownership, including product pricing, profitability, merchant adoption and portfolio optimisation, is essential. You bring deep knowledge of merchant acquiring economics, payment acceptance infrastructure and the broader payments ecosystem, ideally spanning physical and digital acquiring solutions. You have demonstrated experience building and leading product management teams, with the strategic vision, commercial acumen and executive presence to drive innovation, influence senior stakeholders and deliver measurable business outcomes.
