iChange Pte. Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Sales & Marketing Specialist – Partnerships & Customer Acquisition to drive growth through strategic partnerships and on‑the‑ground campaigns.

The role blends business development, partnerships, field marketing and customer activation, working closely with the CEO and management to identify acquisition channels and execute measurable campaigns. You will build relationships with travel agencies, moneychangers, merchants and other distribution partners to

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant fintech, payments, travel, FX, remittance, cards or consumer financial services experience.
• Experience developing partnerships with travel agencies, money changers, merchants or retail networks.
• Experience with roadshows, events and field marketing for customer activation.
• Commercially minded with targets and measurable results.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; able to negotiate with partners.
• Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop partnerships with travel agencies, money changers, merchants and other acquisition channels.
• Plan and manage roadshows, pop-up booths and field campaigns across Singapore.
• Coordinate promoters and external resources for campaigns.
• Present products and provide partner training.
• Track leads, sign-ups, activation rates and campaign costs.
• Maintain CRM pipeline with follow-ups and conversions.
• Identify new locations and customer segments for efficient acquisition.
