iChange Pte. Ltd, a Singapore-based fintech, is expanding its partnerships and customer acquisition. We seek a Sales & Marketing Specialist – Partnerships & Customer Acquisition to drive growth through travel agents, money changers, merchants and distribution partners.

The role combines business development, field marketing and campaigns in Singapore. You will work closely with the CEO and management, plan roadshows and activations, coordinate promoters, track performance, and ensure campaigns

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant fintech/payments experience.
• Experience building partnerships with travel agencies, money changers, merchants or retail networks.
• Experience with roadshows, events and field marketing.
• Ability to meet acquisition and revenue targets.
• Willingness to work weekends for activation programmes.
• Diploma or degree in Business/Marketing/Communications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop partnerships with travel agencies, money changers, merchants and other channels.
• Identify, approach and onboard new distribution and promotional partners.
• Plan and manage roadshows, pop-up booths and activation activities.
• Coordinate promoters and external resources for field campaigns.
• Conduct product presentations and partner training.
• Track leads, sign-ups, activation rates and campaign costs.
• Maintain CRM pipeline with follow-ups and conversions.
• Gather market intelligence on travel, payments, FX and remittance sectors.
• Take ownership from planning to execution and post-campaign analysis.
• Identify new locations and customer segments for efficient acquisition.
