VISA WORLDWIDE PTE. LIMITED is seeking a Manager, Fintech Growth, Digital Sales in Asia Pacific to define the fintech segment strategy and lead a regional growth engine for fintech clients.

You will guide Digital Sales Representatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams to scale sales plays across AP markets. The role demands strong payments fluency, commercial judgment, and ability to operate with ambiguity while driving repeatable sales plays across diverse markets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in B2B sales leadership.
• Experience with fintechs, digital issuers, payment service providers, financial institutions, or tech companies.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute AP Digital Sales fintech growth strategy across priority markets and client segments.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Digital Sales Representatives across Asia Pacific.
• Drive new logo acquisition, client expansion, cross-sell, and upsell across Visa’s capabilities.
• Oversee a large, high-volume territory with data-driven models balancing new client acquisition and expansion.
• Drive forecast accuracy and sales discipline using CRM and analytics tools.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Risk, Legal, Finance, and country teams to shape fintech propositions.
