Job summary

Visa in Singapore is seeking a Manager, Fintech Growth, Digital Sales, Asia Pacific to build and lead a regional fintech growth engine within the Digital Sales organization. You will define segment strategy, prioritise opportunities, and lead a team of Digital Sales Representatives focused on fintech clients across AP, driving new logos and expansion.

This builder role combines leadership with go-to-market execution, requires payments fluency, and the ability to create scalable sales plays

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in B2B sales.
• Experience selling to fintechs, digital issuers, PSPs or financial institutions.
• Strong understanding of the fintech ecosystem and digital payments.
• Expertise in digital selling, pipeline management, and territory planning.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the AP Digital Sales fintech growth strategy across priority markets, clusters, and client segments.
• Lead a team of Digital Sales Representatives responsible for managing a high-volume fintech portfolio across Asia Pacific.
• Drive new logo acquisition, client expansion, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities across Visa’s network capabilities.
• Coach DSRs on full-cycle sales execution, including prospecting, qualification, solution selling, negotiation, and deal closure.
• Ensure disciplined pipeline management and revenue growth; create repeatable fintech sales plays and enablement materials.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Risk, Legal, Finance, Deal Desk, and country teams to shape fintech propositions.
