Job summary

Tangspac Search Private Limited is seeking an experienced software professional to bridge business needs with technology in a fintech setting. You will understand complex requirements and implement practical software solutions while collaborating across teams.

You will develop IT projects on schedule, resolve bugs quickly, and help improve development processes. Strong communication with stakeholders and adherence to BCP are essential.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, software engineering, data analysis, etc.
• A minimum of three years' fintech, information technology, or related experience, preferably in banking/financial services.
• A track record of success in software development or innovation roles.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies and principles.
• Working knowledge of Business Continuity Planning (BCP), version control systems, and continuous integration practices.
• Knowledge of Python, Java, or similar languages.
• Knowledge of Vue.js and React.js for full-stack development.
• Ability to deliver functional solutions within tight deadlines.
• Collaborative and good communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with the IT team of the head office to complete business requirements, test and deploy the project.
• Understand the Group's system architecture and bridge business needs with technology implementation by combining business knowledge and technical skills.
• Understand complex business requirements and implement practical software solutions accordingly.
• Develop IT projects on time to support the branch's business and management.
• Resolve software bugs and issues quickly.
• Improve software development processes by working with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure that software specifications, workflows, and processes are documented.
• Any other duties as directed by the HOD of the Fintech Department or Branch Management.
