Job summary

Monee, a leading digital payments provider, is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst for the ShopeePay team. You will perform in-depth analyses to uncover opportunities, lead data-centric projects, and collaborate with stakeholders to embed insights into business processes. You will build reports and optimize data pipelines to support growth and efficiency.

The role emphasizes rigorous analytics, clear communication, and practical data solutions across Southeast Asia and beyond.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Business Analytics, Information Technology, Finance/Banking, Statistics or related fields.
Strong SQL querying experience for complex data analysis.
Ability to work with Python is a plus.

Responsibilities

Perform deep-dive analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges that influence growth and decisions.
Lead data-centric projects from inception to completion with timely delivery.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate insights into business actions.
Construct and maintain KPI reports and analytical reviews for operations.
Data cleaning and transformation to ensure datamart data accuracy.
Support data infrastructure improvements for scalability and efficiency.
