Job summary

PARADIGM RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a bilingual front-office professional to drive client presentations, training and demonstration of financial products.

You will identify new business opportunities, craft sales and marketing strategies, and strengthen client relationships with financial institutions. The role requires at least 3 years of front-office experience in banks or funds and fluency in English and Chinese.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Presentation & Training: Deliver product presentations, training sessions and demonstrations to clients, ensuring they understand the company's products and services and how to utilise them effectively.
• Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's client base and increase market presence.
• Sales & Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and growth targets.
• Client Relationship Management: Manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients by providing timely support and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
• Business Opportunity Development: Identify potential growth opportunities and develop innovative approaches to drive revenue and expand the business.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate effective collaboration and business development.
• Market Research & Product Enhancement: Gather client feedback, conduct market research and contribute insights towards the continuous enhancement of products and services to improve the overall client experience.

Key Requirements

• Education: Degree in Finance, Business, Marketing or a related discipline is preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant front-office experience within a bank, brokerage firm, fund management company or other financial services institution. Candidates should have prior experience managing and servicing Chinese-speaking clients.
• Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to assess complex situations and develop practical solutions.
• Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and build strong relationships with external clients and stakeholders.
• Presentation & Client Management: Strong presentation, negotiation and client relationship management skills, with the ability to engage clients and develop long-term relationships.
• Personal Attributes: Passionate about engaging with people, proactive in pursuing opportunities, adaptable and motivated by continuous learning and new challenges.
• Language Proficiency: Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese is required to effectively communicate with Chinese-speaking clients and counterparts in China.
• Investment Knowledge: A strong interest in financial markets and investments will be an added advantage.
