You will warmly welcome guests, manage reservations, and provide attentive service in a fast-paced, elegant setting tailored to discerning guests who appreciate Teochew cuisine.

Training is provided for menu guidance and wine pairing, with opportunities to grow within an established, reputable restaurant in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Experience in fine dining front-of-house preferred.
• Ability to manage reservations and guest inquiries.
• Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome guests upon arrival and escort them to their table.
• Answer phone calls professionally and manage table reservations.
• Maintain and coordinate the reservation schedule, including VIP bookings.
• Provide attentive, refined table service in line with fine dining standards.
• Guide guests through the menu with recommendations and pairings.
• Handle billing and payment processing accurately.
