Job summary

D L RESOURCES PTE LTD is seeking a Finance Systems Support professional in Singapore to assist production activities, ensure SLA compliance with stakeholders, and support system setup and BAU changes.

You will handle regular tasks such as reporting checks, data maintenance, filing, and documentation, and participate in testing and verification of production issues, with a proactive, learning mindset.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting/Finance/Business or equivalent certificates.
• Understanding of banking industry concepts and regulatory reporting is preferred.
• Be keen to learn and have a good work attitude.

Responsibilities

• Support the production activities for Financial Systems to meet the SLA to stakeholders.
• Assist on system set up and configuration update due to system BAU changes or new implementation requirements.
• Assist for the regular tasks (e.g. exceptional reporting checking, data maintenance, etc.) for closure of regulatory, financial and management reporting in systems.
• Support on filing, documentation.
• Support for production issue testing and result verification.
• Adhoc tasks for system production support.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting / Finance / Business or its equivalent professional certificates.
• Have a good understanding of the banking industry or knowledge in the following subject areas:

• Financial accounting
• Financial reporting
• Performance management
• Regulatory reporting related to Finance and Risk within a banking environment

• Keen for learning and good attitude for work.
• Experience in SQL, MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• OT not regular but should be willing to commit on certain critical reporting months.
