Job summary

Shun Tak Holdings Ltd is seeking a capable financial analyst to prepare and analyze financial performance reports, including P&L, KPI trends and variance explanations, supporting investment decisions.

You will collaborate with internal teams and external advisors, identify efficiency improvements in reporting workflows, and assist in developing investment proposals and market research to back strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Degree in accounting, finance, real estate, law or related discipline.
• 3–5 years' working experience in accounting, market research, business development and investment analysis.
• Professional certifications are an added advantage.
• Prior experience in property developers, funds or valuation firms will be a definite asset.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese; Cantonese understood is a plus.
• Proficiency in preparing and reviewing financial models.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing.
• Well organized, attentive to details and willingness to learn.
• Strong business acumen with excellent analytical, presentation and report writing skills.

Requirements:
