ARES COLLECTIVE PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Recruitment Officer to build a strong candidate pipeline for Financial Advisors and coordinate recruitment activities.

You will source candidates through LinkedIn, JobStreet, social media, referrals and other channels, and manage interview scheduling and onboarding support. The ideal candidate is outgoing, target-driven and has excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE 'A' Level, Diploma or Degree preferred.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
• Confident in approaching and engaging new people.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Able to work independently and collaborate with agency leaders.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and recruitment of Financial Advisor candidates through LinkedIn, JobStreet, social media, referrals and other channels.
• Identify and approach suitable candidates, including fresh graduates, career switchers and experienced financial advisors.
• Conduct initial screening to assess suitability, interest and career aspirations.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective recruits and coordinate interviews and recruitment events.
