Job summary

Marina Bay Sands in Singapore is seeking an experienced Finance/Accounting professional to join its corporate finance team. The role focuses on monthly journal entries, variance analysis, budgeting, and financial reporting to management.

You will collaborate with business units across operations, ensure accuracy in Excel-based work, and support audits. A degree in Finance/Accounting with 3–5 years of experience is required, with auditing background preferred.

• Auditing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly journals and schedules for review and enter monthly accounting entries.
• Analyze monthly PL variance and provide commentary.
• Forecast tenant recovery, budgeting, and expenses.
• Assist in monthly financial reporting to management.
• Collaborate with business units on operational and capex matters.
• Coordinate inter-company transactions with other departments.
• Assist with weekly audits and SOP reviews.
• Handle any ad hoc tasks as required.
