Job summary

Tech Aalto Pte ltd in Singapore seeks a seasoned Test Lead to own test strategy, planning, automation, NFR and end-to-end testing delivery for Temenos T24 banking projects.

You will mentor testing teams across locations, manage data, environments and defects, review requirements, and partner with BA and Dev teams to raise quality upstream while delivering robust testing for Private Banking applications.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in test lead roles for Temenos T24 projects.
• Strong knowledge of TPH modules and T24 modules for Private Banking.
• Experience in T24 integration, COB testing, and client output testing.
• Exposure to Swift testing and regulatory reports.
• Expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban/SAFe).
• Knowledge of automation tools and DevOps concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor testing teams for functional testing, regression, automation, NFR, and end-to-end testing delivery.
• Perform test planning, data management, environment planning, automation, non-functional testing, defect management and test closure.
• Review requirements and system specs to define test approach, scope and plan.
• Collaborate with BA and Dev teams to improve upstream software quality.
