Job summary

MANPOWER STAFFING SERVICES (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD is seeking a Finance Business Readiness Lead in Buona Vista on a contract basis. You will manage end-to-end testing for Finance and cross-functional projects, delivering robust UAT strategies and governance.

You will lead planning, preparation, execution, monitoring, and reporting across multiple stakeholders, driving timely delivery with strong collaboration and execution quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
• PMP or ISTQB Foundation/Advanced Level certification is a plus.
• SAP experience (FI and SD modules) or other major Finance ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead Finance and cross-functional UAT initiatives from planning through completion.
• Manage UAT planning, test scope, resources, environments, and criteria.
• Drive execution, monitor results, and report status with stakeholder alignment.
• Develop and maintain UAT governance, artifacts, and processes.
• Build trusted relationships with business and technology stakeholders.
