Job summary

EY-Parthenon is seeking a highly motivated professional to join the Finance Improvement team, driving finance transformation initiatives across finance, operations, and technology functions. You will partner with business stakeholders to assess current processes, develop target operating models, KPI/reporting frameworks, and support implementation of prioritized improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, Engineering, IS, or related disciplines.
• Professional qualifications such as CA, CPA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent are advantageous.
• 5–10 years of relevant experience in professional services firms will be preferred.
• Strong understanding of finance processes and familiarity with ERP and finance systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday, BlackLine, etc.).
• Experience with automation and analytics tools such as Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, or equivalent is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops and fact-finding sessions to understand business challenges.
• Assess current-state processes and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop transformation roadmaps and business cases for implementation.
• Design interim and target finance operating models and governance structures.
• Support automation and digital enablement initiatives through requirements gathering and vendor evaluation.
