EY-Parthenon is seeking a Senior Associate/Manager to drive finance transformation initiatives across finance, operations and technology. You will partner with stakeholders to map current processes and design target operating models, KPIs and reporting frameworks to enable scalable performance.

You will develop roadmaps, business cases and implementation plans, while leading quick-win initiatives, standardising processes and supporting technology-enabled improvements across geographies.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, Engineering, or IS.
• CA/CPA/ACCA/CFA or equivalent qualifications are advantageous.
• 5–10 years in professional services with finance transformation exposure.

Responsabilidades

• Lead finance transformation projects across processes, reporting and technology.
• Design target operating models, KPIs and data reporting frameworks.
