Job summary

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end transformation initiatives for Private and Retail Banking Operations.
• Elicit, analyse, and document business requirements related to operating model changes and migration activities.
• Perform current-state and target-state process mapping, including controls and hand-offs.
• Identify process gaps and design effective business solutions.
• Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, dependencies, and critical paths.
