Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia seeks a detail-oriented Finance & Trade Operations Staff in Singapore. The role blends daily bookkeeping with end-to-end commercial trade documentation for cross-border transactions, coordinating with factories, customers, freight forwarders and customs agents.

You will prepare invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and origin certificates while performing AP/AR, journal entries and bank reconciliations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• 2–4+ years in bookkeeping, trade admin or related operational finance role.
• Experience with import/export documentation and cross-border trade.
• ERP experience (SAP/NetSuite/Yonyou/QuickBooks) preferred.
• Fluent English; Mandarin for daily communication with overseas teams.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day finance and trade admin for Singapore entity.
• Prepare shipping documents: invoices, packing lists, BL, AWB, origin certificates.
• Record transactions, journal entries, AP/AR, and perform bank reconciliations.
• Support month-end close and coordinate with HQ and auditors.
• Maintain filing systems; ensure audit-ready documentation.
• Collaborate with factories, customers, freight forwarders, and customs.
