Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia is seeking a Finance & Trade Operations Staff in Singapore to support day-to-day bookkeeping and end-to-end trade documentation. You will prepare import/export paperwork, coordinate with factories, freight forwarders, and HQ teams, and assist with accounts payable/receivable and month-end close.

The role requires meticulous attention to detail, ability to manage high volumes of documentation, and proficiency in Excel with experience in SAP or similar ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
• 2+ years of hands-on bookkeeping, accounting administration, or trade admin experience.
• Proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP/accounting software (SAP, NetSuite, QuickBooks, Yonyou) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, verify, and archive import/export and shipping documentation for cross-border transactions.
• Prepare and maintain invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, AWB, origin certificates, and customs documents.
• Coordinate documentation with factories, customers, freight forwarders, logistics providers, and customs agents.
• Record daily transactions, journals, and supporting schedules; handle AP/AR and bank reconciliations.
• Assist month-end closing and ensure documents are organized and audit-ready.
• Submit financial and transaction documentation to Finance HQ and external providers.
