Job summary

Adyen Singapore is seeking a Technical Support Engineer (Finance) to become an expert in our finance and treasury products, helping merchants troubleshoot issues across APIs, integrations and financial processes. You will work with Product and Engineering teams to resolve problems and improve our offerings.

You will be part of a merchant-focused team using a follow-the-sun model, requiring clear communication and a proactive approach to resolving complex financial challenges.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience with financial products in banking or Fintech.
• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with internal accounting systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Advanced MS Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for merchants on financial-related issues.
• Educate and advise merchants' financial teams on platform value.
• Receive and analyze merchant pain points; collaborate to improve products.
