AddVita PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a hands-on Finance & Technology professional to drive monthly reporting, consolidation across OpCos, and the rollout of new processes with a focus on strengthening controls.

You will work directly with the Group Finance Director and Head of Tech & Digital, gaining group-wide visibility across healthcare and life sciences businesses in Asia, and you’ll apply AI to real business problems.

Qualifikationen

• 2-4 years of audit experience with a Big 4 firm.
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end financial close process and internal controls.
• Able to quickly learn how each OpCo closes its books and assess compliance.
• Strong business acumen and ability to spot anomalies in numbers.
• Genuine interest in technology, particularly in applying AI to tools.
• Detail-oriented and proficient in Excel.

Aufgaben

• Drive monthly financial reporting and quarterly consolidation across group companies, in line with SFRS.
• Assess internal controls across OpCos, identify weaknesses, and recommend fixes.
• Support post-acquisition integration of newly acquired businesses and align their processes with group standards.
• Lead or support group IT projects, including setting up IT security policies.
• Use AI tools to build in-house platforms that simplify finance and operations.
