AddVita PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a hands-on Finance & Technology professional to drive monthly reporting, consolidation across OpCos, and the rollout of new processes with a focus on strengthening controls.

You will work directly with the Group Finance Director and Head of Tech & Digital, gaining group-wide visibility across healthcare and life sciences businesses in Asia, and you’ll apply AI to real business problems.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of audit experience with a Big 4 firm.
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end financial close process and internal controls.
• Able to quickly learn how each OpCo closes its books and assess compliance.
• Strong business acumen and ability to spot anomalies in numbers.
• Genuine interest in technology, particularly in applying AI to tools.
• Detail-oriented and proficient in Excel.

Responsabilités

About the role

This is a hands-on role spanning finance and technology. Alongside recurring work such as monthly reporting and consolidation, the role involves expansionary work, including establishing new processes, strengthening controls across the Group's operating companies (OpCos), and building in-house tools with AI. As much of this work has limited precedent, the successful candidate will need to approach problems independently and take initiative. The balance between finance and technology will shift with the Company's priorities. A technical background is not required, but strong curiosity and a willingness to learn are essential.

The role offers a breadth of exposure rarely available at this career stage: working directly with the Group Finance Director and Head of Tech & Digital, a group-level view across a portfolio of healthcare and life sciences businesses in Asia, involvement in integrating newly acquired businesses, the opportunity to move from reviewing controls to designing them, and hands‑on experience applying AI to real business problems.

Key Responsibilities

Finance & reporting

• Drive monthly financial reporting and quarterly consolidation across group companies, in line with SFRS
• Review OpCo financials to identify unusual movements, trends, and issues, and follow up with OpCo management
• Prepare materials and analysis for quarterly review meetings with OpCos
• Coordinate the annual audit, including audit schedules and liaison with external auditors
• Perform ad hoc financial analysis to support strategic and operational decisions

Controls, processes & integration

• Assess internal controls across the OpCos, identify weaknesses, and recommend practical fixes
• Work with OpCo teams to improve finance workflows and reporting processes, and drive consistency across the Group
• Support the post-acquisition integration of newly acquired businesses, including onboarding them onto group reporting, assessing and strengthening their controls, and aligning their processes and systems with group standards.

Technology & projects

• Use AI tools to build in-house platforms and tools that simplify finance and operational work
• Lead or support group IT projects, such as setting up IT security policies
• Lead selected group-wide projects, from scoping through to execution

Qualifications

• Ideally 2-4 years of audit experience with a Big 4 firm
• Solid understanding of the end-to-end financial close process and internal controls, with the ability to quickly learn how each OpCo closes its books, identify weaknesses or gaps, and assess compliance with SFRS requirements.
• Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand what drives the numbers and spot what does not look right
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to tackle unfamiliar problems without a set template
• Genuine interest in technology, particularly in using AI to build tools (no coding background required)
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced, evolving environment with a high degree of ownership
• Collaborative team player who is willing to step up during peak periods
• High attention to detail, and proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
