Job summary

BeeX Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Finance Systems & Operations Intern to support a major accounting system migration and day-to-day finance tasks. This hands-on role suits someone detail-oriented, data-focused, and eager to solve problems.

You'll work with the Finance Manager to migrate data, clean and validate information, improve processes, and gain exposure to both finance operations and systems as the startup scales.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Organised with ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Comfortable learning new software and systems in a fast-paced startup.

Responsibilities

• Migrate financial data from the existing accounting system to the new system.
• Review and validate migrated data for accuracy and completeness.
• Perform reconciliations between old and new systems.
• Maintain migration trackers, documentation, and supporting schedules.
• Support day-to-day finance and accounting activities.
• Assist with invoice processing, payment tracking, and expense management.
• Prepare financial schedules, reports, and analysis.
• Assist with month-end closing activities.
• Build and maintain Excel/Google Sheets trackers and financial models.
• Research and compile financial information for stakeholders.
• Assist with FY closing, audit, tax, and other finance-related requests.
• Take on new projects as the company grows and priorities evolve
