Job summary

MINOR FOOD GROUP (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a Finance Systems & ERP Analyst to support the Finance department in administering ERP, POS, and related finance applications, ensuring data integrity and timely reporting.

You will develop finance reports and dashboards, automate recurring processes with SQL/Excel tools, and coordinate with vendors and internal teams to drive continuous improvement. 2–4 years of experience and a relevant degree are preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience supporting finance systems, ERP applications, or business applications.
• Exposure to ERP and POS systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer ERP, POS, and finance-related applications and ensure system integrity.
• Maintain master data, user access, and system configurations per policy.
• Develop and maintain finance reports, dashboards, and automation scripts.
• Create and optimize SQL queries, Excel VBA macros, and Power Query.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve issues and implement improvements.
