Job summary

FedEx is seeking a 12-month full-time Finance Support System Analyst in Singapore to provide technical support for financial systems, troubleshoot issues, implement enhancements, and contribute to the efficiency and accuracy of financial operations across the organization.

You will collaborate with stakeholders and vendors, extract and analyse data using SQL, develop user guides and training materials, and participate in system upgrades, audits, and process improvements.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of relevant work experience in financial systems
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business or CS
• Strong SQL and database management skills
• Experience with ERP or financial reporting tools
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
