Job summary

NUSABASE DIGITAL PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Finance Specialist to oversee accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow and statutory compliance for our Singapore operations.

The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with banks, auditors and tax advisers to ensure timely, accurate financial statements and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of corporate finance, accounting or financial management experience.
• Familiarity with accounting, monthly closing, financial statements, budgeting, taxation and audit support.
• Knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards, GST and corporate income tax requirements.
• Experience in cash flow forecasting, funding plans, banking, payments and liquidity management.
• Strong analytical, internal control and cross-functional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting, monthly closing and financial reporting accurately and on schedule.
• Prepare annual budgets and periodic forecasts, analyse variances and provide recommendations to management.
• Prepare rolling cash flow forecasts and funding plans.
• Manage bank accounts, payment approvals, receipts, bank reconciliations and short-term liquidity.
• Manage accounts receivable, accounts payable, expense claims and payment or collection follow-ups.
• Handle or coordinate GST, corporate income tax, statutory audits and other compliance filings.
• Improve finance policies, approval authorities and internal controls.
• Liaise with banks, accountants, auditors and tax advisers on relevant matters.
