Job summary

VITAL (Ministry of Finance) is seeking an energetic Executive to manage and administer Finance Services for service partners. You will handle Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and GL tasks, including audit support and tax compliance, with a strong focus on accuracy and timeliness.

Qualified candidates possess 2 years in finance, a relevant degree, and proficiency with Excel, Power BI, and data analytics tools to drive process improvements and reporting accuracy.

Qualifications

• 2 years of Accounts or Finance experience preferred.
• Degree in Accountancy/Finance/Business Administration preferred.
• Strong numeric and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes.
• Prepare and monitor aging reports; issue reminders for late payments.
• Filing WHT for foreign suppliers and GST returns via IRAS portal.
• Support month-end and year-end closing; prepare audit schedules.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and provide supporting documents.
