Job description

Responsibilities include conducting research and analysis to support business recommendations, preparing proposals, reports, presentations, and other client-facing materials, and assisting with projects that contribute to the organisation's growth objectives. The candidate will also support marketing and business development activities, including digital campaigns, brand-building initiatives, and lead generation efforts. This involves monitoring campaign performance, analysing results, and contributing ideas to improve outreach, engagement, and customer acquisition strategies.

In addition, the role involves collecting and analysing business data, tracking project progress and key performance indicators, and preparing reports that provide meaningful insights for management review. The candidate will assist in identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for operational improvement to support informed decision-making.

The successful candidate will also conduct research on business developments, financial markets, economic trends, and industry-related topics. Research findings may be transformed into educational materials, market commentaries, newsletters, and other content designed to support knowledge-sharing initiatives and strengthen the organisation's professional presence.
