• Maintain and update market intelligence databases and materials.

About the Role

We are seeking a curious and analytical Market Intelligence Intern to support market research and competitive intelligence activities across the fintech and financial services industries. This role will work closely with internal teams to monitor industry trends, analyze market and competitor developments, and turn research findings into clear and actionable insights that support business planning and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market and competitor research across the fintech and financial services industries.
• Monitor industry trends, market developments, regulatory updates, and emerging technologies.
• Gather and organize information from industry reports, public sources, company websites, and other relevant materials.
• Analyze market and competitor information and summarize key findings for internal stakeholders.
• Support the preparation of market research reports, competitor analysis, presentations, and industry updates.
• Conduct research on topics related to fintech, payment systems, financial services, digital transformation, and risk management.
• Support research on new market opportunities and business developments.
• Maintain and update market intelligence databases and research materials.
• Assist with other research and business-related projects as required.

What We’re Looking For

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Management, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong interest in fintech, financial services, market research, and digital transformation.
• Good research and analytical skills, with the ability to gather information from multiple sources and identify key insights.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to organize information accurately.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Proactive attitude, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
• Previous experience in market research, business analysis, consulting, fintech, or financial services is an advantage.
