Job summary

CPG Facilities Management Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a Finance/Accounting professional to support financial reporting, audits, budgeting and tax computations. You will handle ledger postings, prepare statutory statements, and assist the Finance Committee with quarterly submissions.

The role requires a Diploma in Accountancy or related certificate, with 1–2 years of hands-on accounting experience; more than 4 years qualifies for a Finance Executive role.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Accountancy / Finance related or relevant professional certificates.
• 1-2 years hands-on experience in full set of accounts; >4 years for Finance Executive role.
• Experience in township environment is an advantage.
• Meticulous, independent and a team player under tight deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare investment schedules, audits, grants submissions and tax computations.
• Assist to prepare Income & Expenditure Statement, Balance Sheet, Budget and Financial statements.
• Post accounts payable invoices and accounts receivable journals.
• Arrears computation and report submission.
• Prepare reports for Finance Committee meetings and respond to queries.
• Quarterly transfer computation for SF/LRF.
• Monitor compliance with financial reporting guidelines.
• Manage funds and payments to Town Council contractors/suppliers.
• Recover and demand payments due to Town Council.
• Maintain records of all monies collected for Town management.
• Perform ad-hoc duties/projects as assigned.
