SAVILLS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking an accounting professional to support daily deposit reporting, month-end adjustments and IFRS loss provisions in a fast-paced environment in Singapore.

The role requires a Diploma in Accounting, Finance or Business and at least one year of accounting experience, with strong Excel and macro skills. You will assist the Regulatory Reporting team with MAS returns and other statutory filings, while supporting the FCG team leads with ad hoc tasks and

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accounting, Finance or Business.
• At least 1 year of accounting experience.
• Proficient with Excel and macro-enabled spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Prepare/review daily deposit reports to businesses.
• Prepare month-end management report adjustments and information.
• Prepare daily reports and month-end journals; reconcile month-end reports for accuracy.
• Prepare monthly IFRS Expected Credit Loss.
• Liaise and support adhoc queries.
• Assist on nostro reconciliation maker/reviewer tasks.
• Support Regulatory Reporting on daily, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual returns to MAS and Statistics.
• Handle other tasks assigned by FCG Team Leads.
