Job summary

The Edge Partnership Holdings Pte. Ltd. invites applications for an Assistant/Finance Manager (Reporting & Regulatory Compliance) to support financial reporting, regulatory submissions and internal controls.

You will engage with regional stakeholders, prepare statutory statements and ensure robust governance across the organisation. Key duties include monthly reporting, budgeting, group consolidation and corporate disclosures.

Qualifications

• A degree in Accountancy, Finance or an equivalent professional qualification.
• Relevant experience in financial accounting, management reporting, statutory reporting and regulatory compliance.
• Good knowledge of financial reporting standards, tax requirements and statutory obligations in Singapore.
• Foundational Audit experience with prior in-house financial reporting experience would be advantageous
• Experience with regulatory reporting and Local listed-company requirements would be advantageous.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple reporting deadlines independently.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams and external service providers.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly financial reporting and analytical reviews including variance analysis against budget and forecast.
• Coordinate budgeting and forecasting activities to support financial planning and management decision-making.
• Prepare and review statutory financial statements and oversee regulatory and tax submissions.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax legislation, statutory obligations and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Maintain financial records and compliance documentation, monitor regulatory developments and advise management on required actions.
• Review and enhance financial policies, internal controls and reporting processes to strengthen governance and efficiency.
• Coordinate with overseas service providers, auditors and other stakeholders on accounting, tax and reporting matters.
• Support group consolidation, corporate disclosures, annual report preparation and other ad-hoc finance tasks.
