Job summary

BELLS INSTITUTE OF HIGHER LEARNING PTE. LTD. seeks an FP&A & Financial Reporting Manager to lead financial planning, forecasting and management reporting across the group. The role emphasizes governance, process improvement and insightful analytics for senior management.

Ideal candidates have an accounting degree with a professional qualification (ACCA/CA Singapore/CPA/ICAEW), 5–8 years FP&A experience, advanced Excel and AI-enabled reporting skills, and strong analytical abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• Professional accounting qualification (ACCA/CA Singapore/CPA/ICAEW or equivalent) will be advantageous.
• At least 5–8 years of relevant experience in accounting / financial planning and analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting systems.
• Proficiency in applying generative AI at work will be advantageous.
• Excellent analytical, communication & organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyse financial performance against budget, forecast, and prior periods.
• Identify key business drivers, risks, opportunities, and areas of underperformance.
• Assist CFO & Finance Manager in annual budgeting and periodic forecasting process
• Prepare accurate and timely monthly management accounts and reporting packages.
• Improve the quality, consistency, and timeliness of financial reporting across the Group. Lead or support other ad hoc initiatives and strategic projects as assigned by management or required by the Company

Position Overview

The FP&A & Financial Reporting Manager will be responsible for financial planning and analysis, management reporting, report preparation & assist in external audit coordination.

The role will work closely with senior management, business unit leaders, external auditors, and professional advisers to strengthen the Company’s financial reporting, forecasting, internal controls, and overall finance readiness

Key Responsibilities
