Job summary

Business Edge Personnel Services Singapore is seeking a detail‑oriented finance professional to prepare financial reports, analyze variances and trends, and ensure accurate revenue accounting.

You will maintain invoice records, chase outstanding and unbilled invoices, manage fixed assets, support budgeting and forecasting, and assist with SOX compliance and internal audits across departments. Working hours: Monday till Friday, 7:30am to 4:30pm.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial reports and analyse variances and trends.
• Ensure accurate revenue accounting and maintain invoice records.
• Follow up on outstanding and unbilled invoices with relevant departments.
• Manage fixed assets and support budgeting and forecasting.
• Provide financial analysis to support business decisions.
• Review internal controls and support SOX compliance and audit activities.
• Work with different departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Support finance improvement projects and other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
