Job summary

PwC Singapore offers a Finance (Record-to-Report) Intern role within Internal Firm Services. You will join our R2R team and gain a rare inside view of how a leading professional services firm manages its financial backbone.

Your responsibilities will include receipts and payments management, inter‑company reconciliations, and month‑end close support. You’ll learn through hands‑on experience with GIRO data entries, bank reconciliations, and data analytics in a supportive learning environment,

Qualifications

• Accountancy or Finance students from local or overseas universities.
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities.
• Interest in finance and accounting with a growth mindset.

Responsibilities

• Receipts and payments management; support interface reconciliation, adjustments, data entries, and assist with bank reconciliations.
• Inter-company transactions; help process and reconcile inter-company transactions with documented records.
• Payment processing; assist with GIRO payment data entries for salary, CPF, FWL, iExpense and bank charges.
• Month-end close support; prepare monthly journals for accruals, prepayments and rental recharges; support balance sheet analysis and P&L extractions.
• Embrace digital transformation; use digital finance tools, data analytics, and AI-enabled platforms to enhance quality and insight.
