Job summary

PwC Singapore is seeking an Intern/Trainee in Internal Firm Services within the IFS - Finance stream. You will assist receipts and payments management, inter-company transactions, GIRO data entries, and month-end close support, gaining hands-on experience in financial operations.

Under mentorship from seasoned practitioners, you will learn digital finance tools, data analytics, and AI-enabled platforms, building a solid foundation for a career in finance and accounting while balancing studies.

Responsibilities

• Receipts and payments management: support interface reconciliation, adjustments, data entries, and assist with bank reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.
• Inter-company transactions: help process and reconcile inter-company transactions, contributing to clean, well-documented financial records.
• Payment processing: assist with GIRO payment data entries for salary, CPF, FWL, iExpense, and bank charges.
• Month-end close support: help prepare monthly journals for accruals, prepayments, and rental recharges, and support balance sheet analysis and P&L extractions.
