PwC is seeking a Finance (Procure-to-Pay) Intern to join our P2P Team in Singapore. You’ll gain an inside view of end-to-end procurement and payment processes, and you will work with AI-driven software to enhance finance operations.

As part of an elite firmwide Corporate Services network, you’ll be mentored by seasoned finance practitioners and exposed to PwC’s learning environment to accelerate your growth and professional development.

Qualificações

• Accountancy or Finance students from local or overseas universities.
• Students from adjacent disciplines with strong demonstrated interest in finance and accounting are welcome.

• Process payables transactions and assign GL accounts correctly.
• Perform controls and audit checks on expense claims.

As a Finance (Procure-to-Pay) Intern,you’lljoin our P2P Team and gain a rare inside view of how a leading professional services firm manages its end-to-end procurement and paymentprocesses,anduseAI -driven software in ourwork. Your responsibilities will include:

• Document key processes.Help capture and refine the process flow for Procure-to-Pay, building strong foundational knowledge of how end-to-end finance operations work.
• Processpayablestransactions. Process and recordpayablestransactions in line with accounting principles — covering prepayments, fixed assets, and expenses — andassignthe correct GL account basedand allocation basison the nature of expenses.
• Strengthen controls. Perform audit checks on expense claims toidentifynon-compliance with company policies and contribute to a culture of strong financial governance.
• Embrace digital transformation. Use digital finance tools, data analytics, and AI-enabled platforms to enhance the quality, efficiency, and insight of Procure-to-Pay work.
