Job summary

PwC Singapore is seeking an Intern/Trainee in Internal Firm Services – Finance. You will document key processes, refine Procure-to-Pay workflows, and process payables with proper GL allocations. You’ll help strengthen controls by auditing expense claims and leverage digital finance tools for insights.

You’ll be mentored by experienced finance practitioners and gain access to PwC’s renowned learning environment, developing essential skills for a career in finance and accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Document key processes. Help capture and refine the process flow for Procure-to-Pay, building strong foundational knowledge of how end‑to‑end finance operations work.
• Process payables transactions. Process and record payables transactions in line with accounting principles — covering prepayments, fixed assets, and expenses — and assign the correct GL account based on the allocation basis on the nature of expenses.
• Strengthen controls. Perform audit checks on expense claims to identify non‑compliance with company policies and contribute to a culture of strong financial governance.
• Embrace digital transformation. Use digital finance tools, data analytics, and AI‑enabled platforms to enhance the quality, efficiency, and insight of Procure-to-Pay work.
